Manufacture - Construction

The basement elements are engineered and manufactured in a state of the art factory in Germany.
The twin-panel walls have a smooth form finish on both sides and give a high degree of planning freedom. As early as during the in-factory production, mounting parts such as windows, empty pipes for electrical installations, electrical sockets, etc. as well as insulation can be integrated and fitted without any problems. The wall elements thus prefabricated are put in place on-site on a previously produced floor slab. Together with the ceiling elements, the twin-panel walls are filled with site-mixed concrete. This gives a solid composite structure (monolithic design).
